Metal Detectors
The MetAlarm TR all-metal detector Series is ideal for detecting large tramp metal such as digger teeth and manganese wear parts on angled trough conveyors. It is mainly used in the quarry and mining industries. In most cases, it can be installed with little or no adjustment to idler spacing. Units can be supplied for belt widths from 20 inches (500 mm) up to 80 inches (2000 mm) for both trough and flatbed conveyors.
Suspended Permanent Magnets
Suspended Magnetic separators have proven to be the most effective for the removal of unwanted iron from heavy burdens of material being conveyed on fast moving belts. They are ideal for separation applications on wet or dry, fine or coarse materials in large or small tonnages. Safe, sure, tramp iron removal protects costly processing machinery and assures the purity of the product. Self cleaning models available.
Plate Magnets
Plate Magnets installed in chutes, spouts, ducts, pipes, or suspended over conveyors remove tramp iron to help prevent costly shutdowns associated with machinery damage, prevent spark– caused fires and explosions, prevent product contamination and improve product purity.
